To protect my small business, cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee. For charges within 24 hours, or missed appointments, the full 100% treatment cost applies. Please note that health insurance does not cover cancelled or missed appointments: private clients are solely responsible for paying these cancellations fees themselves.
